HRnet 2.0 in full swing!!

We are starting to go full-steam on the development of HRnet 2.0.  We have A LOT of great ideas for the next generation HRIS package.  We have outlined what we want to achive with the new product and put all our ideas into the hopper to be completed at different phases of the project.

Currently, we are in the middle of the newly crafted and streamlined HRnet 2.0 database design.  The database design is critical to the success of the application, because a really great HRIS system can be quite complex, so we are not rushing the process.  We want it to come out just right.  We are using the best ideas and practices from the last decade of experience with HRnet 1.0 and improving and adding to the areas where we feel things could be and need to be stronger.

We have also begun prototyping what the frontend UI will look and feel like.  Again, we are very excited about some of the ideas we have to make it the very best user experience of any HRIS package on the market.
